Looking for a work flow management system, we discussed our needs with Joblogic and they were a great fit. What has made the experience truly a pleasure has been working with our onboarding consultant Sana, who has been engaging and immensely helpful and attentive to our needs. Nothing has been too much trouble for Sana and her support has made our transition into the own know, far easier and smoother than we could have predicted. Sana is a credit to the organisation and worth her weight in gold.

We have been working closely with Ailya at JobLogic in the lead-up to our system go-live, and the support she has provided has been nothing short of exceptional. In every sense of the word, she has acted as a dedicated project manager for us — taking ownership of our queries, chasing down resolutions with the technical team, and always keeping us informed.At the beginning of our implementation, we faced several challenges. The Hire Contract module is still relatively new, and currently there are still no training manuals or support videos available to guide users through the process. As a result, we had a growing list of issues that were not being resolved, and we were struggling to get the support we needed from our assigned account manager. This led to delays and increasing frustration on our side.When Ailya stepped in, the difference was immediate. She took control of the situation, worked through every item on our issues list, and ensured nothing was overlooked. What stands out most is her proactive and solutions-focused approach — whenever an issue couldn’t be fixed straight away, she provided clear “work-arounds” so our progress didn’t come to a standstill.Even though we have not yet reached our go-live date (due to issues completely outside of her control), she continues to support us with every new challenge that arises. Her consistency, knowledge, patience, and dedication have been invaluable throughout this entire process.We would be more than happy for her to be our long-term account or project manager — she has absolutely earned our trust, respect, and confidence.JobLogic are incredibly lucky to have her, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done for us.Highly recommended!
