Purchased practice tests for the Sova Assessment test practice. The tests didn't arrive so I requested a refund as promised on their website. After being confused for another person I was told a refund had been made and would be with me in 7 days. Three weeks later nothing has arrived and then they stated "they have not refunded as explained to me" I have never received and explanation this is complete nonsense, I can only presume this company is a scam
