I did an online search in preparation for a forthcoming interview that also included a task or test. The response from JobTestPrep.co.uk indicated that they had the specific test required available.I took out a 6 months membership for £49. However, it has transpired that they do not have the specific test required and instead offer a mix of YouTube videos and, for a further payment, access to other non-specific tests.I emailed over a week ago requesting a refund and to date have heard nothing. This company appears to be based outside of the EU and, as such, EU consumer protection laws might not apply.I was persuaded by positive reviews on this website and I now believe that they are not genuine based on my experience. My advice is not to trust the company or their advertising.I intend to take this matter further with my credit card company and also I will see what other options are available to me. At this juncture, if you are preparing for an interview I would advise you to be cautious before giving any money to this company. i certainly regret my naivety on this occasion.-----Update: Following my review above, I received a refund of £49. I still remain unhappy with the experience and particularly the poor response to my initial email. That said, a full refund was made by them. I would recommend that before taking out a membership with this company that you enter into discussion with them first to clarify if the tests are appropriate to you and the service you will be receiving from them. I have also increased the Star rating from 1 Star to 3 to reflect the refund.
