Update...I have received today through paypal a full refund. The person who dealt with this has a user name of Sharon L. You will need to push for a refund if you are not able to access any pack you purchased. I purchased one for TUI which is not available, though for the free test prior to purchase I did use a TUI one or it stated TUI. I have seen positive reviews so perhaps prior to purchase you contact them direct to check what packages they actually have rather than have to pay and go through many emails to get a refund. They want exact details and times of tests for a refund so I suggest you take a screenshot of details you put into the system when ordering your pack. I opened a refund request through PayPal as soon as I could not access the file. Cannot recommend as I paid for a service they offered but then was told they didn't ..then the hassle to get a refund....I have increased to 2 star as I have today got the refund through to paypal so that is the positive of this experience for me.
