Paid £59 for 1 week access on July 31st. Got 1 day access and then all links were broken and I lost all access. I emailed support for help with 2 issues, 1 - the lack of access2 - their program kept switching several of my answers to the incorrect option during the results page despite me choosing the correct answers and asked them to address this issue.They never addressed issues 2, as for issue 1, they recommended I use their website with Chrome ( which I was already), clear my history, cookies, cache (which I did) and if none of these worked that I use their website in incognito mode on Chrome (which I also tried). Nothing worked. With only a week to go on my access and 2 full days lost without access, I knew I had been taken for a ride. This company's website and customer support is atrocious. Save your money and don't bother. I heard nothing more from customer support nor did I get any money back. Complete waste of time.Edit to address JobPrep's reply: Of course you can't find this user name. Your registration forms are based on emails not registration names. Look me up on your complaints matching the dates I listed above, you'll find me. The problems I listed above will matchy complaints word for word. If you bother to look then I will expect an offer for a refund. If I receive nothing then I will assume customer experience and ethical behaviour means nothing to Job Prep.
