I am appalled at the inefficiency of this program. Countless issues on their end. Not loading all the modules, leaving out entire portions/aspects of some of the practice tests, incorrect scoring (and yes, I fact checked several times, and sent them 10 screenshots as proof. To their credit, they did reimburse me half of what I paid. Nonetheless, it continued with different modules. Also, not loading certain pieces of one module, and echoing, as if multiple recordings of the same voice are layered atop each other multiple times…Perhaps the latter was intended, but thought I'd mention it, in case I'm wrong. (Frankly, even if I am, all the other issues warrant this review.) And YES, I tried different browsers. No difference. My CritiCall test is tomorrow, and I will not be sufficiently prepped thanks to their platform’s inability to deliver, not only my money’s worth, but also, confidence that I had thought I’d gain by practising in this way.
