Ordered USPS assessment prep-pack, contained all options needed for various mail handler, carrier, customer service positions. I took the practice tests, they provided timing and answer explanations afterwards. They also had study guides as to what each section of the test was looking for in the answer choices. I did the first round of practice tests without reading the guides, I scored poorly on the first practice sessions, so I would not have passed the real test, had I taken it without any preparation. After reading the study guides, reading why I missed an answer and repeat section practices with the timer, I felt ready to take the real test. I passed with a 95% which wouldn’t have happened without this study tool. I also had one technical issue with the practice tests on the weekend, I emailed them and it was resolved within 12 hours which is outstanding customer service for weekend coverage. I was very impressed with the whole package, well worth the money!
