While the information was helpful, I wasted 2.5 hours of time that could have been spent studying trying to log in and gain access to the information that I paid for. It was a very frustrating experience. I would probably recommend trying a different company if you have limited time to study like I did. Very expensive to have so many technical issues. I wasn't able to log in, even though my computer saved the password that I had created, so I know it was being entered correctly. It took more than an hour for that issue to get fixed and once it was, I did not have access to the material that I had purchased. You cannot call anyone, you just have to put in tickets and wait for email responses.
