I took my CritiCall Test today and passed!! I absolutely would not have passed without this wonderful guide. I have not dispatched in over ten years and I felt prepared when I took my test. I had calm resolution when I went in to take it. One thing that helped a lot was repeating the tests multiple times and I could see myself getting better, faster and more accurate.
