Bought this subscription to practice for an up and coming SHL test. I have 4 days to prepare and have only managed to practice once so far in 2 days. The back button throws you out and the the site gives an error message that it does not recognise the email address when you try to log back in. Even after deleting the cache and going incognito as they suggest, still no access. I am now sitting here again waiting for their CS to solve the issue....Their CS somehow solved the problem and the product did what I needed it to do.
