Although my initial experience with JobTestPrep was frustrating due to some difficulties reaching customer service through a portal issue, the team eventually responded and really took the time to understand my concerns. I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation and make things right. I don’t usually leave reviews unless something is either extremely bad or extremely good. In this case, JobTestPrep’s exam prep materials are excellent—challenging, but in a way that helps make the actual test feel easier. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass my exam due to being sick and not having enough time to prepare. However, when I explained my situation, they kindly extended my package at no extra cost, giving me additional time. Although I wasn’t able to make the most of the extension due to time constraints, I’m really grateful for their support. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you again, JobTestPrep!
