This review is copy-and-pasted because I didn't realise this page existed until I posted on jobtestprep.co.uk's page on TrustPilot. I want everyone to have the chance to read this to make an informed decisionTLDR: There are deep-rooted technical issues with JobTestPrep's website. Please avoid it at all costs because the website doesn't even work properly. I have gone out of my way to register an account on TrustPilot, and this is my first time ever writing a negative review about any company. I registered on JobTestPrep on the 10th of September and bought the £99 pack with 3 PrepPacks. The website did not work. Every time I tried to add a PrepPack, no PrepPacks would load, which seems to be echoed by the other 1* reviews on here. I tried for about an hour, typing in different names of psychometric tests and no PrepPacks would load. I thought this might have been an issue with my laptop, and not the website itself, so I tried using my iPad. Again, no PrepPacks would come up, despite searching for the PrepPacks using the search bar. I thought I was the one being extremely stupid, and assumed that I was the one doing something wrong, so I watched JobTestPrep's tutorial online. In the video, they typed in 'wonderlic practice' and the PrepPacks showed up for them in the video. Even though I did this earlier, but with names of different psychometric tests, I decided to attempt it again. I searched 'wonderlic practice' just like in the video and my previous actions, but none of the PrepPacks showed up and it was then I realised there appeared to be an issue with the website, and there was nothing wrong with my laptop or iPad. After this, I had my friend log into my account on his computer to see if he also encountered this issue before I made a refund request. He encountered the same issue, and so I made the refund request. Whilst the customer service response was very fast, they refused to acknowledge my request for a refund and instead recommended clearing my cache. But, on the 13th of September, when I tried logging into my account, I could not log in. I tried to log in on my laptop, and then my iPad, and it would say the same following thing: "Oops, account not found." Since I could log in a few days prior, and now I could not, I reasonably assumed at the time that JobTestPrep deleted my account without my permission or knowledge. Therefore, I filed a second refund request. A customer service agent later replied, asking me to 'send us the link to the practice you need and we will have the login taken care of', which was unhelpful because I asked to have a full refund multiple times at that point, and it was ignored. To top it off, it later turns out my account wasn't 'deleted', but there was 'an issue we are working with our technical team to get resolved.' Since I was never able to access the PrepPacks, and therefore couldn't use any of the PrepPacks, I shall not comment on the quality of the product since I've been unable to access it due to JobTestPrep's technical issues. Because of this back-and-forth and JobTestPrep refusing to acknowledge my requests for a refund, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Had JobTestPrep just complied with my initial request for a refund, I would not have gone out of my way to register on TrustPilot and make this negative review. Neither would I have had to call my bank. I probably would have also at least had some sort of positive impression from the fast customer service. But JobTestPrep ruined that by continuously refusing to acknowledge my requests for a refund and asking me to try unhelpful things like clearing my cache, which in hindsight would not have worked since it seems that there are deep-rooted technical issues with the website itself. This could be supported by the fact that I tried with three different devices, one of which wasn't even mine because I asked my friend to double-check on his computer before making a refund request. I am making this review to warn other university students like myself because £99 is almost equivalent to 5 weeks worth of my weekly shopping at university. And I couldn't even access the product. In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed and now my friends and I are never going to use this website. Hopefully, I can get my money back because £99 is a lot of money for a product that I couldn't even use. Thank you for reading my experience, and I hope this review was helpful, especially for other university students :)
