My original package was lost by TNT, and despite my best efforts with electronic communication and in person, was never found. Joby now scores top marks - when they realised I hadn't received my gorillaPod, they liaised with TNT and ultimately sent a new parcel, which arrived promptly and successfully. Excellent customer service and company ethos.
