    We offer executive coaching, leadership development courses, career discovery coaching, individual coaching, resume writing, mock interview coaching, and more. All our services are available via zoom or phone.

    Our approach is cutting-edge and results-oriented. In fact, a third party research company has consistently verified statistically significant change as reported by key stakeholders in key areas of focus.

    JMA executive coaches maintain PCC or higher certification with the International Coaching Federation, and combine business acumen with advanced training in other complementary fields ( i.e. human behavior, neuroscience and psychology ).

    We drive results through a rigorous executive coaching program that includes: Half-day initial session for deep background and context, three hour session to review key themes in stakeholder perceptions and co-create the coaching plan, two days of immersive training, weekly coaching sessions to maintain focus and momentum and accelerate change, and three hours at end of engagement to review impact and measurable change.
