I am sadly very disappointment at the moment with Joe and Sephs, I purchased a Vegan popcorn advent calendar and all the popcorn inside is stale, the customer services have been very kind but no hint of a refund for a £35 product I now can’t eat, I was offered a £5 pouch which I was not happy with a told the customer services es that they appease me with a £5 pouch for a £35 product I can’t use, they have offered me a gift box, I am withholding my judgement. It has to be vegan so let’s see what I get to replace the disastrous advent calendar, and if it’s good I will change my review star eating but at the moment I’m very disappointed with you.
