I searched the Internet for Black Friday deals and the J&S website had a BF offer where you get 3 pouches of mini popcorn bar snacks for £6. There was a picture of the pouches. So I bought 2 lots for £12.They sent me 6 popcorn bars so I contacted them. In a nutshell, they no longer sell these pouches. Turns out this offer was from 2020 but the website does not state this. They are actively taking money for products they no longer sell.They just said sorry. What awful service. They should instead have emailed me, explained that they no longer make these products and asked me what I would like to do. Instead of just taking my money and sending me the wrong products.
