Can not rate the swift and professional service I received high enough. I have had to use Joes services twice within around 10 days for 2 separate wasps nests inside my walls. Hearing buzzing through the wall was scary as heck and the first one they found a way into the house. I contacted Joe for a quote and he gave me a fixed reasonable price within 10 minutes of me sending a message. Cheaper than what the local council were asking for. Within 2 hours he had come out to my home and without any fuss he treated the problem in less than 15 minutes! The next time he was near the area so came round within 10 minutes and another 10 minutes after that the problem had been treated. He was professional, friendly and polite. I struggle with social anxiety due to autism but felt at ease with him. He even gave me a slight discount on the second one I think because of my terrible luck!
