So. I’ve been with Joel since December (a little over 2 months) and he’s the most recent of many, many PTs I’ve had over the years. And he’s by far the best. From the initial meeting, he put me at ease, listened to what my goals were and what my concerns were. There was no hard sell to upgrade packages, just a really informative consultation. And from then on it’s been great. I’ve dropped well over a stone in weight but more importantly my body shape, fitness, strength and attitude towards fitness have all changed dramatically. With weekly photo check ins resulting in detailed feedback, to daily online check ins to map progress, the service I’m getting is next level. We chat every day, talk through the meal plans, the workouts and any barriers I might be facing and the support I receive in return really is keeping me going. Prior to starting with Joel I was very much a casual gym user. I’m now 3 times a week without fail and am even on the treadmill doing an extra cardio session as I write this. My mental health and confidence have increased ten fold in just a short space of time it’s unbelievable. I really can’t recommend this guy enough. If you need a PT, then Joel is most definitely the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve worked my way through a fair few!)
