I spent $176 on a Bobbi Boss wig that I have ordered a dozen times before. As soon as I went to wear it, the lace started to rip. I've been wearing lace front wigs for 10 years, and I have never seen lace rip this bad before, and the quality this poor. I reached out via email with photos of how damaged the wig was, and to request a refund, or a replacement, and they just forwarded me to Bobbi Boss directly. They said I would have to take it up with them directly. I have not gotten a response from either Joe's Beauty or Bobbi Boss, after spending $176 on a wig I cannot wear. Unless they reach out soon with a refund or a replacements. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM OR BUY FROM THEM!
