They bundle in the design given the prices of the product, but be warned that you insist on all details. for our deck lighting we got into a real mess as barabara did not indicate clearly the measures of where the lights should be installed eg. distance from the wall and distance between the light fitting etc. and then since the holes on decking were further out than they should have been she even decided to charge us for creating a tilt in the light to manage for the incorrect holes. there is no escalation, no one picks up the customer service phones !update Nov 2022 - upped it to 3 stars from 1The product is great , have a new account/rep sales, Ray who took over from Barbara. Reasonably responsive, product was was delayed and be particularly careful of delivery, we got 2 floors done maybe 40-50 items ( each light will be 3-4 discrete things like face plate drive, light engine etc ), they will start streaming stuff to you and if you dont have some one managing it , you will struggle to know what and came and when - they are though generally accommodative if you tell them something is amiss. they did inordinately delay a product - anyway that is the story of al products nowadays - just buffer in a LOT of time !Also you need to 100% make sure you dont have electricians or builder who will not carefully read the product and manuals and ask a lot of questions - else they will waste time and money for you - the products are NOT run of the mill do not assume their dimensions, fitting etc. are as one would expect for another product and depending on your sales person you/your builder may or may not get enough advice, proactively.is it worth the premium each unit is atleast 3X the best comparable product, the product is quite unique and good, given these kind of products go through trade it is really difficult as an end customer to figure alternatives.i will update this once the all the lights are in and the scene settings are done, Ray has been responsive and helpful.
