John Lewis, I phoned your customer service and found you have moved it to Morocco. I spent 55 minutes on the phone and still went away without an answer. I was asked to phone back in  two hours.
You may save money going elsewhere for a cheaper service but your poor customer has to bare the brunt of the problems and you get a bad name.
You are not the only company that is doing this and getting a bad name for poor customer service from sending their customer service abroad.
