I did a lot of research on mattresses and visited a few different shops and ended up buying online from John Ryan. The website had lots of great information to help me make my decision and once ordered online I got a call from the company. The lady basically made sure I was buying the right mattress for me and checked that access was ok. She recommended I send her a video from my front door to the bedroom and she checked it for me then confirmed the order. I was pretty impressed by this level of personalised service. It didn’t stop there. On the day of delivery I realised I forgot to ask for my old mattress to be recycled. The delivery guys, who were absolutely amazing, hung around until I rang the office to complete this transaction. The lady in the office had to liaise with the delivery company. Thankfully it was all resolved. As for the mattress itself I am very happy. Super comfortable and great quality. As a super king it’s very difficult to flip as it’s so heavy but that’s what you get for good quality. I also got an email telling me when it was time to flip my mattress! Amazing!
