This review's for a mattress purchased in 2022 with a 10 year guarantee. I'm no spring chicken, I've slept on some rubbish beds over the years, but the most expensive mattress I've ever bought has been by far, the worst. It's caused my wife and I hip and back issues, despite being a split design supposedly ideal for our body weight.Don't just read the glowing 5 star reviews on this company; look to the many 1 star reviews and see the commonality.My recent communication with the company was dismissed and the person suggested a topper pad, despite my initial email informing them we already have a topper pad.Edit: again, you didn't read. WE ALREADY BOUGHT A TOPPER and yet here you are suggesting it again. Ironic. I'm sure you sleep soundly, and I bet it's not in one of your beds.
