Not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this one feels deserved as I begin the process of replacing my mattress. After developing a persistent neck issue that I ultimately traced back to what I had assumed was a high-quality mattress (Vi-Spring), I did extensive research and came across John Ryan.During the decision process, I went back and forth a number of times, and their guidance was both patient and well-informed. I eventually chose a King Size Artisan Bespoke 004 in medium comfort (#2667) in January 2013.Thirteen years on and on a slatted base - the mattress has held up remarkably well and, quite honestly, still performs much as it did when it first arrived. That level of longevity and consistency is rare, and for that alone they deserve genuine credit.That said, while it doesn’t strictly need replacing, I now feel ready for an upgrade, which has led me to seriously consider moving to the Artisan Bespoke 002.
