Utterly outstanding service. I had purchased two Artisan natural mattresses in firm spring tension. After a conversation with them we were advised that my wife should get the medium tension which we did. Around 4 months later and she just found it too soft. She generally prefers firmer tensions and she preferred mine. Realising we had missed the return window we were annoyed with ourselves but took that responsibility ourselves for missing it.My wife thought she would phone John Ryan to see whether they could assist and they were extremely helpful and offered to replace the mattress.We are so grateful and blown away by the willingness and desire to provide us with the mattress that we want even when it is outside of their obligations and at their expense. I love my mattress which appears very well made.I will be recommending John Ryan to family and friends and will be using again.Thank you for a top class service.
