Shopping for a new mattress online and, never having heard of the bed makers John Ryan by Design Ltd., I was immediately impressed by their website with its copious amount of sound, solid advice on the subject of choosing a mattress and of the technical aspects and materials used in their beds. Furthermore they manufacture their beds in Yorkshire. A plus sign in my reckoning.I phoned them to ask a few questions and place an order and was dealt with by a wonderful lady with a warm, friendly manner who was more than knowledgeable in dealing with my queries. On her advice I ordered two single mattresses which could be zipped together to form a double. A good option for my purposes.My order was made up and delivered within the time they promised. The delivery team were obviously well trained, courteous and efficient. They installed the bed in the room we wanted and took away our old bed.More than satisfied with the whole experience.
