Purchased a Artisan 1500 Super King mattress in May 2023 at the cost of £1555. We have religiously turned and spun the mattress as per the instructions it came with. The mattress has noticeably dipped in the 2 "sleeping zones" (We accept that with the mattress being so large that the centre will stand proud) Contacted the company and they duly sent round someone to inspect the mattress.
