I purchased a mattress about a year ago the middle of the mattress has completely failed leaving a massive dip in the middle. I emailed them regarding this they correctly sent out a inspector and supposedly they deemed my slats to far apart when they are 3 inches apart the whole way up the mattress which would not explain as to why the full length of the mattress there is a huge dip in the mattress. I personally would not reccomend this company as they sell you with there lovely 5-10 year warranty depending on which mattress you buy and then proceed to completely ignore the clear manufacturing defaults and go out of there way to avoid replacing. I am now going to have to go and buy a new mattress as this one is unusable. Highly do not recommend
