Their customer service is excellent. The delivery arrangements were convenient and efficient and the mattress I purchased is extremely comfortable. I was going to chose a different firmness and called the sales team who suggested a less firm mattress and they were absolutely right. It was a great experience, and so much easier than going to a shop and trying out mattresses.
