The customer service was appalling, it started with We've got your order and the next call you get is from the delivery team. & When you don't get a call three weeks on - you're told to ring the delivery team yourself! The delivery people had better customer service. All the blurb info on discussing your requirements NEVER happened. The mattress is wonderful but so it should be for the price.
