I’m posting an up date on my review a month ago after receiving delivery of our new Artisans Naturals, which we bought to replace our much loved but well used and tired 12 year old Artisans Naturals. Our new mattresses are superb and so comfortable, we are sleeping so well! We are so happy that we took the leap to replace our old mattressess after 12 years of use and not wait any longer, as our quality of sleep and comfort has been maintained. John Ryan have just sent me an email, exactly a month to the day of delivery, to remind us to rotate once a month and then flip the next month and continue, to ensure settlement over time is even and to ensure comfort is maintained. We flipped and turned our old mattresses monthly which no doubt extended the life and comfort or our old mattresses. We were aware due to extensive research that any dual sided comfort layer pocket spring mattress no matter how expensive, well made or high end branded will need replacing after many years of use, and we were more than happy to replace our old mattresses with the same John Ryan Artisans Naturals….and we very satisfied that we did!To summarise, the after care email is a really appreciated, useful, and thoughtful and no doubt will be of use to new customers of John Ryan Artisans Naturals mattressess.
