After putting up with our memory foam topped mattress for a few years longer than we should featuring two 'coffin' indents either side(!) we jumped into buying a Simba. It wasn't great and realised we should've actually done some research for what is quite an important purchase, sent it back and undertook some proper research of different companies before deciding on John Ryan instead getting an Artisan Bespoke 004. Spoke to super-helpful Julie several times for advice before going ahead and purchasing. Placing order to delivery was about 5-6 weeks from memory which felt like a long time as we were absolutely hanging out to get a decent mattress! We've had it for one month now and just done the first 'flip' (thanks for the tips and guidance on that one). I have a bad back and the old coffin had been massively exacerbating it. We absolutely love this mattress, you can tell that it is fantastic quality and my back is loving it. No regrets... other than not doing this years ago.
