Communication and general customer service are excellent. This is the 4th time I have dealt with John Ryan and there customer care is unchanged.The down sides are, a couple of weeks after spending over£5000 there was a discount on offer. Just bad timing.The second concern is the mattress rating.I bought the Artisan Luxury which is the softest in the range. If this is JRs idea of soft, I pity anyone buying a firm mattress.This is not to criticise the quality but just their idea of soft.IanG
