This review covers the service, which was uniformly excellent from start to finish.It is a rare thing these days to get through to a real human without having to slog through a series of automated questions - and even rarer when that person is as knowledgeable and helpful as everyone at John Ryan. I was guided to the correct mattress for my needs and really felt that was their main concern. Since receiving the bed there have been useful follow ups reminding me of how to care for the mattress.I should also mention the delivery service was excellent - on time, polite and helpful.
