Excellent communication and sound advice given by John Ryan before placing my order for a King Size 'zip and link' Artisan 004. Delivery was on time and very well managed. Mattress is superbly comfortable, the division between the two mattresses undetectable in use, and just what I needed in terms of manageability for turning which I have now done for the first time. It was so easy compared to risking life and limb turning my previous King Size mattress. I would thoroughly recommend John Ryan, both it's products and customer service.
