We bought a super king mattress from John Ryan last year. Customer experience and shipping was all great.After we started using the mattress, it seemed to start sagging. We dismissed this at first as we thought it's settling, but we eventually contacted the company. They sent out someone to check it and they deemed it as defective. So now we had to wait several weeks for a new mattress to arrive.When it finally did, it smelled like a barn - much much worse than the first one. We thought it just needed some more time to air out, but it still smells 5 months later. I also feel like the new mattress is again starting to sag in the middle.Overall I can't recommend this brand.EDIT: I am not entirely sure why you are "disappointed" by my review. As I have quite clearly stated, I am not happy with the mattress itself, not your willingness or ability to make things right.Your explanation for the cause of "sagging" has already been given to me, and was shown to not be applicable, given that the sagging occurs in the middle, "where nobody sleeps".Additionally, the "earthy" smell you described is not at all what I have experienced with the second mattress.I don't think it's too much to expect that a £2,000 + mattress just "works", and doesn't require multiple returns or back-and-forths with customer support.
