I have not received the boots i ordered 2 weeks ago or an update when they will be shipped. I can’t find a customer service email address on the website to get an update. I am looking forward to getting to wear the shoes. Since writing this I have been contacted and offered the boots and lots of apologies. I do think they were not good here but customer service is at least friendly.
