The initial lab appointment is convenient, but it pretty much stops there. The nurse practitioner I was able to video meet with after that was very nice but their customer service is almost nonexistent. It’s hard to get future appointments. They don’t answer your questions. They keep asking you the same questions over and over through email, which are very delayed. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my question answered The meds also take a long time to be delivered. There are tons of red flags I would not go with this company if you’re looking for HRT! It’s aLeo over priced.
