I'm very happy with Joi & Blokes. I'm peri-menopausal and wanted to get my hormones checked. I had already gone to my PCP and my OB/GYN and both of them told me "its just part of the aging process" I found J&B online and they had a $79 lab special! The process was simple. I paid for the labs/provider visit. Went to a local lab who draws for Quest. Once labs resulted I made an appointment on the website with a J&B provider. There were multiple days/times to choose from. We did a video visit where all of my labs were explained in detail. The NP was very knowledgeable and explained how the symptoms I'm experiencing were related to my lab values and presented available solutions. We discussed options, my questions were all answered. I went online and purchased the options I wanted and received the medications in less than a week. I started the medications almost 3 weeks ago. I noticed some mild symptom improvement within a few days and continue to notice small improvements. The process was simple, cost seems appropriate and not too expensive (I use my HSA), medications are effective. The only thing I think would make it simpler is use of an app rather than a website. Overall I am pleased and would definitely recommend. In fact, I already have recommended and one of my good friends just got her own labs drawn. I'm thankful there are options like J&B available!
