Zoom meetings with my medical provider went well and I felt listened to with a conservative approach to my complaints. Pills/injections being sent to your door is really nice. However, the logistics/customer service end of this company is a MESS and forced me to quit using their services while running out of a prescribed HRT med. Once you are set up on a treatment plan you have no way of calling or contacting your medical provider. All you can do is email (ONLY EMAIL) a customer service rep when you have questions, an issue or need help. My shipments of meds and my account has been disrupted due to errors on their end they say they can not correct the eorrr unless I pay for another appointment and do my labs again for the third time in 5 months. Run!
