I came to Joi after having already started my HRT journey with another company that was no longer able to fully provide for me due to licensing in a new state I had moved to. While I thought my service was great with them I found it was nothing compared to the thoughtful and in-depth care I feel I am getting from Joi.From the very first moment of my calls with both my health coach and my clinician, I felt like I was talking to a friend and long time provider. Both took the time to really listen to me and provide a level of care that is unmatched in most doctors offices. I even received a thoughtful follow up from my health coach who also was able to swiftly help me address a small backend issue with the website that I later encountered. I really appreciate the way that my clinician went through each line of my hormonal blood test and how it really gave a complete picture of how we want to continue my journey from here by making little tweaks and improvements from the protocol I was already practicing.
