The care from Wesley the actual Nurse Practitioner has been fantastic, reviews labs and has great insight.
The Healthcare Coaching on the other hand has been horrible. 4 appointments they have left me sitting waiting for someone to let me in the meeting. Then the one time I was finally able to get into a room the "coach" was immediately rude, she became immediately defensive when I asked why my appointments keep getting cancelled. Then proceeded to tell me everything I was doing was wrong and when I asked if she had any resources to help me get it right she referred me to Google. GOOGLE. When I asked her to help me understand the purpose of the calls with her she pointed out that I've been taking the medication for eight months and so I should already understand. Umm Megan you just pointed out that for 8 months you have given zero support and I should already have an understanding of the support you have not provided. Someone help me understand how I am responsible for their inability to grant me access to the meetings and their IT infrastructure failures. I'm beyond livid.
