I’ve had a miserable experience with this company. The only time that they called me back was after posting a negative review. I followed their instructions and I went to a quest and they refused to draw my blood. I then contacted this company and asked them to please digitally send my bloodwork over. They told me to repeat the process that didn’t work. No labs were electronically sent. No refund has been issued. I am very frustrated. I say go with Superpower, they have much better customer support and they do digitally send your labs to where they need to go and Joi and Blokes doesn’t. I don’t even know why they keep emailing me this online form because I filled it out last time and it does absolutely nothing as far as sending the lab request to Quest.
