Updated Review – Ongoing Experience with AsherMD
Following my initial review of AsherMD, I want to provide an updated and balanced perspective based on my continued experience as an active provider.
After my first review was posted, the AsherMD team reached out and encouraged me to revise or remove it. Since then, I have noticed an increased effort from their staff to improve communication and customer service, which I do appreciate. However, despite these improvements, I still cannot confidently recommend AsherMD to other providers. In my opinion, there are more cost-effective and reliable ways to offer peptide services to clients.
Most recently, I placed an order on April 8th for a three-month supply of Tirzepatide for a client. The prescription was approved by the physician on April 9th. However, the pharmacy did not ship the order until three business days later. We paid an additional $35 for dry ice shipping, yet the delivery took approximately 48 hours in transit.
Upon arrival, the internal temperature of the package was measured at 86.4°F, with an external temperature of 87.5°F. While I understand that shipping conditions can sometimes be outside of AsherMD’s direct control, the pharmacy they partner with is ultimately responsible for proper handling and fulfillment. In this case, the medication—specifically reconstituted 503A Tirzepatide—was not shipped under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions.
This situation understandably caused concern for my client and negatively impacted our business reputation. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the medication had not lost potency and was still safe to use. However, no replacement was offered, despite the compromised shipping conditions and the additional fee paid for temperature-controlled delivery.
From a professional standpoint, I believe a replacement shipment would have been the appropriate course of action to ensure patient safety and maintain provider confidence. Peptides—particularly when reconstituted—can be sensitive to prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures, and this risk should be taken seriously.
Additionally, I would encourage prospective providers to carefully review the pattern of feedback on this platform. I observed that several one-star reviews were followed by multiple detailed five-star reviews in a short timeframe. While this may be coincidental, it is something worth considering when evaluating overall credibility.
To be clear, this review reflects my honest experience as a current provider. There are both advantages and disadvantages to working with AsherMD, and I believe it is important for others to have full transparency before committing to the initial onboarding cost of approximately $1,000, along with the ongoing monthly fee of $270.
I hope this review helps other providers make a well-informed decision when considering a partnership with AsherMD.
