Update 01/19: One of the owners of the company reached out to me to listen to my concerns, make it right, and quickly followed up with my feedback. I really do appreciate this. They are making changes and updates to their programs that I think will dramatically change the on-boarding experience that I had. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is awful. They are pros at making the business owner feel responsible for their process and you cannot contact anyone from the management team. They have the founders completely blocked from contact. Not only this on their on-boarding call they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. Well day 27 I requested it. They didn't honor it. And instead double downed as if they did everything right, and I'm wrong. Bad business. Totally impersonal, they're just trying to make money they do not care.
