This feels deceptive. They claimed they could get medications approved through insurance but provided no additional help beyond what I could do myself. They offered a refund upon cancellation, but then claimed they couldn't refund me and would keep charging me for three months of their ineffective service. Very disappointed with the lack of customer support—just generic replies. Buyer beware!
