Edit:1/28/2026. The company has reached out and truly wants to fix the issues. What I had ordered is having production issues, and I completely understand this. Timely communication with the buyer is key. I had already canceled my order a month ago. 12/18/ 2025 I ordered a Flexia reformer tower back in Sept. I sent at least 5 emails just asking for an ETA. One email saying it will ship 11/1. I reached out again and nothing. Very poor customer service. I went through Shop/Affirm to make payments, order canceled, and I was reimbursed.
