This "Telehealth" company makes me ill. My sweet son who weighed enough to be able or should have been able to be prescribed Zepbound or one of the other weightloss injectables, was given the run around and kept dangling for months! "Oh, soon we'll get you on" blah blah blah. Meanwhile my boy (he's actually in his 40's but will always be my baby) is stuck on Metformin, doing exactly what they told him, dealing with frickin stomach issues, diarrhea etc.and because he's a real man he never complained. He has the worst sleep apnea, I mean it's bad! And they happily took his money and kept giving him the worst advice. They dont want to help people or at least they didn't want to help my son who is so good to his family and me. I want nothing more then to for him to get the help he needs. They should give him his money back, have some integrity since they didn't want to help him with his health. They should be ashamed of themselves!
