I’ve been using Swapp since the beginning to rent budget cars and I feel that their services are getting worse and worse.When you have no issues with your rental or payments everything is fine but when the issues come the communication with customer support through phone is very hard to understand and not clear which makes it an annoying and frustrating experience.I’ve rented a Suzuki Ciaz, and after the car handover I’ve checked that the rear camera and parking sensors were not working. I’ve contacted the customer service and they sent me a replacement car which had another issue, this time was the tank door that was stuck and couldn’t open it so I didn’t accept the replacement vehicle and again the costumer support sent another vehicle but wrong model, this time they sent a Nissan Sunny which is not the car I’ve rented so I had to contact again the costumer service and they finally sent the right carThe cars are poorly maintained and overpriced, they should give a better service and customer support.I will not recommend this company to anyone and I will have to find a better solution for monthly rent.
