After suffering with a frozen shoulder for some months I consulted Ram in his Newcastle clinic.He was friendly, professional and throughly explained what the issue was and the treatment required. I was able to be treated on the same day as the consultation, avoiding long waiting times. Although the treatment was uncomfortable, Ram was patient, kind and did not rush the procedure.
